After just two sessions at the rate we agreed upon at hiring, she started complaining about how long the commute was (about 10 miles), how she wanted more hours than agreed on. When I asked her what she thought was fair, she responded with a number almost 3 times what we agreed to. She is an entitled young person who thinks that with 3 years experience and a simple nursing certificate she should be paid the top rate of a highly experience RN. In her ad she claimed a vast knowledge of medical terms, but several times I used simple ones she didn't even know. She complains a lot. Avoid.
