Hello there! I love children and truly believe that they are treasures! I have had over 10 years experience working with kids. I have 15 child development college units. My experience includes working at a preschool, child development center and over 7 years of nannying for families. One family for 1 year and another family for 6 years. I have worked with a wide range of ages from infants to 8-year-old's, and thoroughly enjoy every age. I believe that it is vital to create a safe and nurturing environment. As well as cultivate a child's love of learning, and encourage creativity, exploration and fun! I enjoy crafts, creative play, teaching, singing, as well as outdoor activities. I believe it is so important for a child to have a consistent caregiver and role model throughout their first vital years. Charity began working for us when my son was 14 months old. My job situation is changing, which is the only reason she is moving on. She has been extremely reliable and punctual. When she has needed a day off she has given more than 2 months notice. Charity has been great with my son and he always looks forward to her arrival. She regularly engages with him doing arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, reading, and games. She makes her own play dough free of chemicals which he loves. She manages meal time without issues. Whenever she has a question or concern she quickly communicates. Charity has reliable transportation and has never been late. Charity also helps with light housework such as dinner prep, washing dishes, and vacuuming. She has been available for date nights as well. Charity has allowed me to go to work without worrying about the safety or care of my son as I am confident she provides that. I absolutely recommend Charity!
