Hi! My name is Charista, and I am 28 years old. I'm originally from Texas but live. I have been babysitting since I was 13, and have diverse experience. I am outgoing, fun, and active. I worked in a daycare for years, caring for infants up to 5 years old, but I am not limited to that age group. I also took courses on education, development and keeping on track with milestones etc. I love to work on developmental and engaging activities - reading, art, workbooks, park, play dates, outside activities, etc. I have a clean driving record and reliable 4x4 transportation. I am also comfortable with pets of all kinds. I am looking to provide event childcare for weddings, family reunions, conferences/business meetings, date nights etc. as I thoroughly meeting new families and providing engaging activities to allow parents a worry free time.

Charista took care of our two young children while we were on a ski vacation and we feel lucky to have found her! She arrived promptly on time and was communicative while we were away from the children. She has an upbeat and positive energy, and immediately engaged with them upon her arrival each day. Our 15 month old has a difficult time with transitions, but Charista took it in stride and was adept in managing the situation and helping calm and comfort her. As a bonus, she helped keep the kitchen and play area tidy which was a big help to us. She was so great that we used her multiple days in a row! We highly recommend Charista for anyone looking for a reliable, kind and trustworthy caregiver.
