As a Mother's Helper I provide continuous emotional & physical support to families with childcare, light laundry, cooking, errands, pet care, family bonding, sibling bonding, assisting with household chores. As a Postpartum Doula I provide doula care for you, your newborn infant(s) and your family members as well as * Help with emotional and physical recovery after birth * Mother-baby bonding * Breastfeeding Bottle feeding support * Formula feeding support * Baby soothing techniques * Newborn and Infant care * Obtaining resources and offering emotional guidance * Telephone support for any questions or concerns at no additional charge * Support to medical appointments * Food preparation and light meals * Grocery shopping (funds to be provided by client in advance) * Light housekeeping support (laundry, dishes, baby necessities prepping) * Sibling support and bonding Postpartum Doula fees are different from Mother's Helper fees.
