Assisting them with their personal, medical and household task. Some of the elderly that I cared for has alzheimer/dementia, diabetes, MS (multiple sclerosis), ileostomy, bedbound patient and just being a companion to help them with their daily activity to make it easier and better. My dad had dementia. Charisma established a warm, respectful rapport with him on the first day. That relationship of trust remained until he passed two years later. She got Dad to eat well, stay mentally active, and have as good a quality of life as possible. Our whole family is very grateful for the care she provided my Dad.
