About Charisma

I have advanced experience in tutoring, having spent significant time during my college years assisting students. At Fisk University, I tutored peers, helping them grasp complex concepts and improve their academic performance. Additionally, I worked in the writing center, where I provided guidance on writing assignments, helping students enhance their writing skills, structure their essays, and refine their research techniques. Beyond my work with college students, I have also dedicated time to working with children, particularly in helping them learn to read. This involved creating engaging and age-appropriate learning activities, fostering a love for reading, and providing individualized support to ensure each child's progress. My experience with both children and adults has strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
