Hey there my name is Charisma! I have been baby sitting since 13, although I am 1 of 6 so I feel like I should count becoming a big sister at 9- those diaper changes have to count for something! At 16 I became a nanny, and from in 2018 to 2020 had the honor of being a Registered Behavioral Technician(RBT) for children and young adults with Autism at Behavioral Transformations in Rockwall, Texas. In 2020 I followed my dream to join the US Navy, which brings me here to Norfolk! I just renewed my RBT cert , I'm fully vaccinated, CPR BLS certified, have experience with seizure protocols, administering daily medications & Epi pens! I willing in first having an in-person interview for the comfort of the parents and children & willing to answer and further questions you may have! I take pride in being a veteran and a caretaker! Charisma is amazing!! There was a sense of relief knowing that she really cared about the well-being of our family. Her updates with pictures are the chefs kiss for piece of mind and maintaining great communication. Our boys look forward to seeing her again and having another fun filled time.
