Hello, my name is Chardonnay. My prior senior care experience has always been the best. I treat each client as family. Everyone is human and always needs real love and support. I love working with seniors because they have so much to teach me. I've learned so much about patience and kindness from them. I also love working with seniors because it helps to be advocate for their loved ones. They ask questions and expect answers. Good caregivers learn about their loved one's condition, and they make sure their loved one gets the care they need. So, I use that energy and mindset to help seniors get the best support and treatment they need. A commitment to being present and providing quality care. Empathy, patience, kindness and respect is really a main key to have for seniors. An understanding of different clients' needs. Communication skills necessary to interact with a variety of clients and their families.
