About Chantelle

I am a CNA/CMA with 11 years experience in long-term, sub acute care, and home care. My job as a CNA is to assist patients in ambulating from wheelchair to bed/bed to wheelchair. I promote residents independence by encouraging them to participate in Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. There are several mechanical lifts I use in hopes of having a safe transfer without injury (hoyer lift, sit to stand, slide board) I can detect changes in my patients such as mental behavior, eating habits & weight loss. I know how to make each patient feel comfortable, at home & secure while in my care. I am a Loving, caring person with a kind heart & love my JOB! Caring for my elders is my passion!
