I am the second oldest of 5 children and my diaper changing training began when I was 5 years old! I was always the little girl that would stop what I was doing to play with a baby. At the age of 12, I stayed at my aunt's home for a month to help care for her and her new baby after a tough delivery. I started working professionally as a nanny in 2012 and since then, I have worked with several families with children ranging from newborn to 16 years old. We've hired Chantelle to help regularly on the weekends with our 3 year old daughter and catching up with food prep and tidying up. She had tons of questions about how we prefer things done and how to interact with our kiddo, and we really appreciated that. I am 5 months pregnant and scatter brained, and she largely figures out what needs to be done despite my lack of concise directions. Our daughter loves her. When we ask "do you want to play with Chantelle today?" it's always an enthusiastic "yes!" Definitely happy to have found her, and continue working with her.
