Imagine, if you will an 87 yr old with dementia in her nightgown asking "who's coming? Where did you find her? Can I go to bed yet? Who's..." in an endless cycle. Having spoken with Chantelle that day to confirm 9:00 overnight. 9:00 comes and goes; maybe she misunderstood and will be here at 9:30...She does not respond to the texts I send or answer her phone as mom continues to ask "Who's coming? Can I go to bed yet? Etc." Frankly, I would like care.com to screen the carers better than this. We have enough disappointment in our lives as our elders deteriorate without this kind of added stress. I would like to see Chantelle removed from the directory for starters. By the way, it has been3 days since and STILL no word from Chantelle!
