About Chantel

As a caretaker I have experience, with children 8 months-14 years old, and elderly/impaired. My journey in caregiving began with babysitting roles, then on to taking care of my mother. I pride myself on being patient, calm, and approachable, which enables me to connect with children effortlessly. To ensure open communication with parents, I provide regular updates and follow their preferred communication methods. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' wishes. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Caring for your child is a responsibility I take very seriously, and I'm excited about the opportunity to work with you and your family. I don't have transportation at this time but I do have my license. I am also a huge animal lover so don't worry about that! I try to find joy in a the little things.
