Embarking on a journey spanning over a decade, my dedication to childcare is deeply rooted in empathy and understanding. As an after-school program leader, I choreographed two vibrant years of dance and art, nurturing creativity in young souls. Guiding college dancers as a coach, I sculpted not just technique but character, infusing each step with mentorship and inspiration. Complementing this, my minor in child development adds layers of insight, seamlessly blending theory with hands-on caregiving. My canvas of care extends even further, enriched by personal experiences. Growing up alongside my younger sister, who has special needs, I witnessed the power of patience and compassion firsthand. Assisting my mother in her classroom as an aide for children with special needs, I learned to embrace diversity with open arms, celebrating the unique strengths of every child.
