About Channel

Channel has been our full time nanny for nearly 3 years now. I cannot say enough good things about her. If you have a chance to hire Channel, absolutely do it. She was in charge of looking after our little guy ("T") since he was 6 months old and T is now 3.5. She was tasked with entertaining him all day long including feeding, nap time, diapers, and taking him to various classes. She always had great ideas for art projects or other activities to take him to across Hoboken. She also has a calm and kind demeanor, which is an excellent balance for someone like me (very type A)! I found that her calmness helped me be calm as well, and all of this has greatly benefitted T. He has grown to be a confident, social, hilarious, and friendly 3 year old. When he went to school for the first time this year, he jumped on the bus with no tears. He regularly introduces himself to new people and everyone around T is his friend. I credit a lot of this development to Channel. In addition to being responsible for T on a daily basis, she was also responsible for getting my older boy ("H") off the bus and getting them both bathed and fed at dinner time. Channel is very capable with multiple children. In addition to our regular day-to-day, Channel has also traveled with us on multiple occasions to provide support as my husband and I both work full time. She has been reliable, hardworking, and retains a positive attitude across every environment. She hustles and helps us with laundry, dishes, and basic prep of food for the kids. Today, we need Channel for fewer hours per day and she is currently looking for some morning hours to round out her schedule. I believe she would be excellent to help with drop-off or " mommy's helper" in the mornings. Again, I can't say good enough things about Channel. She has become part of our family and I would drop everything and hire her if you have the opportunity!
