Throughout the two years Chani has worked for me, she has been dependable, punctual, and cooperative. She happily helps with light housekeeping such as sweeping and vacuuming. She has also been a lifesaver by helping me fold and sort laundry. Chandra maintains discipline but can also foster a creative environment. My children enjoy doing crafts with her. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to keep the children in a good routine.
