I grew up locally, as the third oldest of seven children. With having four younger siblings, I was given a great deal of responsibility, beginning at a very young age. I learned the importance of efficiency and gained the ability to multitask. Personal integrity was also incredibly important in our family and because of that, I have grown to be a woman of integrity in every aspect of my life. I am a conscientious person who is hardworking and always pays close attention to detail. Organization is extremely important to me and is a personal strong-point which aids in my ability to multitask efficiently and effectively. My personal drive allows me to work well without supervision and I thrive when under pressure due to my being so goal oriented. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills, and eager to learn from from others. As a team player, I never see any task as below me or outside of my job description, and I am always more than willing to jump in and help wherever there is a need.
