Chanel was a HUGE help in a time of need! I was so nervous using someone outside my circle, but she has been a wonderful fit for our family. She communicates effectively and responds nearly immediately. She was very flexible with our changing schedule and needs. She was never late. Right off the bat she conformed to our needs and daily schedule. She did meals and general pick up, over and above what I asked. Our house was always better than when she found it. Most of all she loves children and they love her and it shows!
