My dog, Kali], can be a bit shy, but Chanel quickly made her feel comfortable and at ease. Throughout the stay, I received regular updates, including pictures and videos, which reassured me that Kali was in great hands. It was clear that Chanel went above and beyond, making Kali was well-fed, exercised, and loved. When I picked Kali up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for.
