About Chance Colleen

I have 8 years of experience, 4 years of that included caring for a 6-month-old baby boy and 6-week-old little girl. They are now 7 and 6! I would watch them 25 hours a week. I believe in the child led learning theory which is when a child is given the opportunity to choose their own activity within a setting or at home within appropriate boundaries and ensuring safety is kept at all times. I follow the parents preferred discipline method approach though with my experience as a social worker, having worked with high needs foster children, I believe the best discipline is allowing the child room for error, correction and growth. I do have a full time job though I work from home and it's very flexible. I am looking for date night, as needed care opportunities. Not full time nanny roles. I am fully available on the weekends. I am also: -Safe sleep trained - CPI (crisis prevention intervention) trained.
