My high school provided me with the tools and a beautiful opportunity to join a college prep program where I graduated with a high school diploma and certification! That certification process allowed me to assist patients, clients, and residents as a STNA (state tested nurses aide). I loved working within seniors homes and being a companion/caregiver to each one I cared for. Years later I decided I wanted to take my education a step further and I proceeded to become a Registered Nurse!
