About Cesar

Hello! I am Cesar, an honors student at the University of Pittsburgh studying computer science and computational biology. At Pitt, I am a TA for programming classes, along with tutoring STEM subjects at the local CEC. My experience is in STEM education for all ages, along with college prep help. I absolutely science and could go on and on for hours -- spreading that excitement to others is what keeps me going. I apply a student-centered approach focused on getting students passionate and understanding foundational concepts at their own speed. Students I have taught have gone on to apply physics concepts in engineered creations (elementary school) and ace their final programming project presentations (college). Having gone through college application season, I understand how stressful it can be. I would love to help wherever I can -- from essay tips to SAT prep -- and make this tough time easier.
