About Celien

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate, and funny. I like caring for seniors because I like hearing about their experiences of life and learning from them and grow as a person. I'm looking for a job that is meaningful and flexible. I started caring for seniors when I enrolled in a CNA certification course in 2002 at a skilled nursing facility in Grass Valley, CA. I have worked in several facilities and then transitioned to home care and hospice work. I'm also a certified Death Doula. In my spare time, I like to hike, ride my Peloton, and camp in our teardrop trailer with my husband. I also enjoy spending time with my grandkids and family. One thing you should know about me is that I have a lot passion for out door adventures. My skills include Alzheimer's and other aspects of memory care, companionship, light housekeeping, non-ambulatory, transfers using lift equipment, doctor's visits, wound care assistance, medication reminders, also end of life transition.
