About Celia

I'd describe my personality as engaging, creative and attentive. I like working with kids because their intense curiosity for daily life is such a joy to be around. I'm looking for a job that allows me to engage in a variety of activities with kids such as sports, art, reading and playing. I started working with kids when I was 14. I babysat for a couple elementary school age kids in my neighborhood. Since then I have also been a summer camp counselor and have nannied for another family. In my spare time, I like to paint, crochet, read, play the piano and play volleyball. One thing you should know about me is that I prefer to engage children in activities rather than let them go off to their rooms and do their own thing. My skills include planning creative activities for kids to do, having high energy and being patient.
