I have cared for three elderly gentlemen with developmental disabilities for eight years as a live-in companion which was very rewarding and fun. We traveled extensively going to concerts, ice shows, hockey games, theme parks, ball games, libraries and art museums, aquariums and the local zoo, the beach, picnics, fishing and nature walks. I do not smoke and can only work in a smoke-free environment. I have a great passion for animals and enjoy their company, also. I love cooking, laundry and ironing, reading, music, art and crafts, gardening and animals. While working for MacDonald Training Center, Tampa, as a live-in companion I was given medication training certification under RN supervision. I am a very dedicated and responsible person.
