Hi, I'm Celeste! I'm 21 years old with a strong background in childcare and child development. I have nearly two years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working closely with children on the Autism Spectrum. Additionally, I have about four years of regular childcare experience and some experience teaching dance to preschool-aged children. I hold an AA in Social Services and am currently majoring in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to further my career in supporting children's growth and learning. During the last six months Celeste has become a vital part of our family. She took on the position as my full time nanny for me when my son was around 13 months when I was in a very tight position w/o hardly any help at home. Since then she has been extremely dependable, punctual, and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever asked. She is also very flexible with her schedule if I need to rearrange her hours. While all of this is commendable what I most love about Celeste is that she actively engages with my son. They play games, she teaches him songs, colors, words, and helps with all of his daily activities. I am extremely sad to lose her on a daily basis. My son is starting daycare full time to engage with other kids his age, and learn more socialization skills. If that were not the case Celeste would still be a daily part of our lives. I don't think anyone would regret including her as part of their family. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she has provided to me.
