I'd describe myself as empathetic, nurturing, and patient. Another skill would be my ability to build good rapport with kids and teens. I'm looking for a job that I can help children and/or teens with or without special needs. My preferred age would be toddler to teenager and a senior caregiver. I started caring for people with and without special needs when I was in high school. I have personal experience with children with and without special needs in my own life, so I'm very understanding. I like to write, do crafts, and volunteer. I am a coach for the Special Olympics. I also absolutely love to cook and bake! I am trained in CPR, First aid, AED, Advanced Child Care, and sleep safe practices for infants. I am a substitute teacher in schools from grades preK to 5th grade. I am currently going to school for special education. I am servsafe certified, so I can safely prep and make meals. I love to clean as well. I am able to teach if wanted as I have experience as a teacher.
