About Cecilia

I am 60 and have years of experience working with all age groups. I come from a large family that is mostly gone now. My parents adopted me when they were in their mid-40s, so most of my family was much older than me. I have a tremendous amount of education and have worked and lived around the US and Canada with Labor Unions and service workers. I am a mother of 7 and grandmother of 19. My husband is acdisabled retired Marine. I am also an end-of-life Doula who helps families with end-of-life transitions. I am sensitive to special cultural and spiritual needs and deeply care for clients and their families. My services involve assisting with emotional support and legal documents, reading to our clients, and recording stories and letters to relatives. I also help with last wishes and special requests. I do everything I can to make your loved one comfortable and calm throughout the process. I work closely with medical staff.
