Hello I am 38 years old a non smoker and have been babysitting/nannying for over 10 years now. I started a nannying position about 6 years ago. I love kids and watching them learn and grow. I help with picking up and dropping off children, I also help with light house keeping, dinner prep, bathing (if necessary), and if they have extra curricular activities I can help with that as well. Also I can only choose either part time or full time so I clicked full time but will do part time as well.

We interviewed and met with Cicelia and offered her a job. She was nice on the phone and in person seemed like a pretty good fit. We texted her the next day to follow up. No response. Gave it another day, still nothing. She completely ghosted us instead of just letting us know she didn't want take the job like a professional would do. We found it very rude and disheartening. Just communicate. Is that so much to ask when people are trying to find someone to help with their precious children?
