I've worked with Cecy for 4 years and she has been great to work with. She has cared for my 6yo and 3yo, including the youngest from the time she was born. Cecy was easy for my wife and I to get along with, and has been good about coming alongside the way my wife and I want our daughters to be raised. She strikes a good balance of being fun and caring of our kids while also having discipline and rules. She is an experienced nanny and it shows in how she works with kids and parents.
