About Cecile

Hello! Thanks for reading more about me! I have experience working with all ages, including with children who have disabilities, specifically kids with autism and other developmental disorders. I have worked as a babysitter for the last 7 years and have experience ensuring safety as I am also a certified lifeguard and lifeguard instructor. I graduated with my Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2022. I am currently working toward a Master's degree in Teaching at Central Washington University with an endorsement in special education. My work with children is informed by the idea that children deserve to explore their own ideas and foster their independence safely so they can develop healthy emotional awareness and relationships. My approach focuses on social-emotional awareness and guidance that respects the child and their feelings while ensuring they learn boundaries. I would love to get to know your family!
