Hi, my name is Cece! I'm 19 years old and I'm looking for a job this summer! I have over four years of experience working in a daycare setting, where I've had the opportunity to care for and support children with a range of developmental disabilities, including ADHD, ADD, autism, and other delays. My passion for working with children with special needs began in high school, where I was actively involved in organizations that partnered with kids with various disabilities, such as Down syndrome, Autism, Etc. Through hands-on experience and some study in developmental psychology, I've been working on developing an understanding of child development and behavior, especially when it comes to neurodivergent children. I pride myself on my patience, empathy, and ability to build trusting relationships with the children I care for. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and always prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and understood.
