I met Cecelia M. when she purchased and move into the 5 acres next to me about 3 1/2 years ago. She cared for her partner Wayne until he passed away last August. He was severely disabled and barely able to walk. With out her care he would not have lasted as long as he did due to the severity of his injuries. I highly recommend Cecelia for any care position.
