About Cayla

I enjoy spending time with children and pouring love into them; playing and laughing. I've worked in a daycare facility for approximately 8 months (with 1 and 2 years old as well as pre-k). I've taken the position of a live in nanny on a couple of occasions and have also been a commuting nanny a few other times. I've had other different experiences working with children that involve church related events, including: vacation Bible school, youth, and teen camp. I enjoy smaller groups for the specific reason of being able to give more attention and focus on the emotional needs (as well as physical needs, of course) of the children. But, working in larger groups also has helped me to learn how to better communicate with children and how coming down to their level is extremely important for them to listen and give you their attention. I enjoy children at every age. It has not always been easy, but is Always Rewarding. Not one door that I've walked through have I regret.
