Hi im Cayla, after working as a paraprofessional and special needs nanny I found my passion for Special education. I'm which I'm currently pursuing my masters for social work to one day teach special education! I've personally nannied for child with severe autism disorder, Down syndrome, and medical conditions. I worked as a paraprofessional in a high school and elementary school, working with children of just about every special needs. I'm also a certified nursing assistant and CPR certified. I've also taken two years of early childhood development.
