About Cayla

I'd describe my personality as fun, creative, loving, and organized. I like working with kids because they are bundles of joy. The early ages of a persons life is so important. I believe it takes a village to raise a child to be great. I love getting to their level and understanding their big feelings and helping them work through them. Watching a child grow into an amazing person is the best reward knowing you added to that! I got Red Cross CPR certified when I was 14 to start babysitting. From ages 14-16, I babysat quite frequently. Then I began to focus more on my future, and worked other jobs. Now, I serve in kids ministry, with all the kids from infants to high schoolers. It made me realize how much I missed being with kiddos. In my spare time, I like to make crafts, play pickleball, go on walks, cook new recipes, and serve in kids. My skills include structure, creativeness, and emotional regulation.
