We hired Cayla and she showed up the first couple of times, however due to car issues she called to let me know her car was broken but not till the last minute. Then 2 weeks later she did not let me know it still was not fixed and decided to go on a trip without any notification for us to get a replacement. We could have made arrangements to pick her up for work, but since the trip was arranged it wasn't an option. She was great with the kids when she showed up. We depend on sitters to be reliable since we work at the hospital and can't call off work all the time. Very frustrating
