Experienced bilingual (English and Spanish) Home Health Caregiver. I deliver safe, quality, caring and personalized care. Services include assistance with ADLs such as mobility, feeding, dressing, personal hygiene, continence and toileting. IADLs services available such as shopping, transportation to medical appointments (client vehicle only), home cleaning, cooking, aid with senior technology challenges and medication management. I have worked in Home Health, Alzheimer's and Dementia Assisted Living and Nursing Home. My specialties are companionship and support for client and family, personal hygiene, cleaning and cooking. Transfer with holier lift or medical transportation device only. No lifting over 20lbs. Experienced with colostomy bag and catheter. Experienced with wheelchair lift. I became a full time Nurse Aid in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and obtained my formal learning from FTCC. Post pandemic I am a private part time Home Health Caregiver.
