About Cathy

I am a caregiver with over 15 years of experience caring for the elderly. I have been trained to work with the elderly community in my CNA program and am CPR certified. Past caregiving responsibilities included providing care for an individual with Alzheimer's and a paralyzed stroke survivor. I take an active approach to caregiving by encouraging exercise and activity within the individual's capacity. I provide companionship, speaking to individuals on their level and never patronize. My compassionate, patient, and dependable nature make me an excellent caregiver and companion! In addition to caregiving, I can also provide light cooking and cleaning as well as medical management. I can also accompany people on their errands or medical appointments. I have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance, and can provide transportation services if needed. I am happy to provide references upon request.
