About Cathy

I'd describe my personality as compassionate. I like caring for seniors because it is my passion. Thriving Seniors are a gift to the world. I'm looking for an opportunity to make a difference one life, one family, at a time. I started caring for seniors when my father was diagnosed with prostate and brain cancer in 2006. Followed by my Mother having 2 strokes 2010 and 2020. After the second stroke Mom was paralyzed on the right side of her body. In my spare time, I like to cook. I believe in "food as medicine" and love preparing healthy meals and snacks. My favorite shows are on the Food Network. I love reading, walking in nature, and meditation (I have been meditating daily for more than 25 years). Time with Family. One thing you should know about me is I am reliable. My skills include Patience, Compassion and Listening.
