About Cathy

I am currently and have worked for Hospice for 15 years and provide private care. I have my STNA, PCS, CHPNA (palliative care/end of life). I also specialize in dementia care. I have a soft spot for my dementia patients. I taught at a university in Ecuador on patients care, dementia care, end of life care, wound care, bed-baths, caring for the caregiver, etc. I have taken care of the young, middle aged and elderly throughout my career. I started helping take care of my mother with cancer when I was 10 years old. I understand the caregivers side of caring for a loved one and the professional side. I can help with wound care, daily cares/bathing, catheters, transportation, light house work, Hoyer lifts, colostomy bags etc. I am available some nights, and Thursdays and Fridays (days).
