Cathlene arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of what she needed to do. She treated mom with respect and kept her busy through the day. Cathlene was so excited to see mom and that helped mom relax and be open to Cathlene assisting her. I look forward to hiring Cathlene as she was such a blessing to mom and me.
