A professor emerita of Converse University, I have years of experience teaching students of all ages. I have taught courses in French, Italian, and English, and covered topics as varied as grammar, conversation, reading, creative writing, history, and philosophy. I have tutored students in person and online on language skills but also math, once, for a student preparing to take a nursing exam. I enjoy nothing more than creating conditions for success and seeing students love learning, and really appreciate opportunities to work with those who are neurodiverse. I am the daughter of an educator who started schools in Hendersonville and Paris, and regularly volunteered at her school in this area. Also love hiking in these truly beautiful mountains with my dogs.
