About Catherine

Hi! I'm Catherine, I am currently completing my last semester at Oakland University, having previously studied at Western Michigan. My experience in childcare dates early into my high school years and has steadily continued to present day. During my Junior and Senior year of high school I regularly took care of a family with two kids, ages 8 and 12 Monday- Friday. This entailed helping get the kids off the bus followed with help on schoolwork and also helping in preparation for extra curricular activities or sports. Additionally, in Kalamazoo, I provided care for a 14-year-old boy, who was non-verbal diagnosed with autism. Most importantly, I have gained years of experience and a wonderful rapport through the many families I have worked with. I truly have a passion taking care of children. My most recent experience is nannying a 3-month-old boy. My responsibilities include safety of child, cleanliness (diaper change), and also including activities targeting developing skills.
