About Catherine

As a caregiver with 16 years of experience, with 12 years as a state licensed foster parent, I have a passion for working with children which comes from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. I am motivated by the desire to make a positive impact on their lives and to support families by providing reliable child care. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. In terms of communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I provide regular updates via their preferred method of communication, whether it be verbal communication at pickup or through text or phone calls. Enforcing household rules is an essential part of caregiving, and I am very comfortable doing so. I believe in setting clear boundaries and expectations for children to ensure their safety and well-being.
