About Catherine

Hi! I'm Cat, and I have over 20 years of experience working with children across various age groups, from infants to high school students. I hold dual master's degrees in Special Education and Literacy from UAlbany, and I have worked in many roles, including third-grade teacher, nanny, and summer camp assistant director. My experience includes seven years supporting children with special needs, including those with behavioral challenges and autism, as well as working in after-school programs where I built strong, lasting relationships with students and families. I've also worked as a nanny for multiple families. In addition to my teaching experience, I have spent six years working in an infant classroom at a reputable childcare center, where I continue to stay in touch with several families. My passion for working with children is matched by my dedication to fostering a positive, nurturing environment.
