About Catherine

Hi, I'm Catherine! I am a children's yoga teacher working with infants to 5-year-olds to promote healthy habits for mind, body, and heart. I have learned a lot about child development and behavior management through my classroom yoga experience. I am also a dancer, Zumba Instructor, and entrepreneur with my own dance company. I studied finance and previously worked in project management but have found working with children to be very fulfilling! I also love crafting, reading, and dance parties! I'd describe my personality as warm, energetic, and organized. I like working with kids because everyday is different and I feel I'm forming meaningful bonds while giving the next generation the tools they need to succeed. I'm looking for a job that fits into my freelance dancing/ teaching schedule. I primarily work with ages 2-5 but have experience with infants and would be comfortable working with older children as well.
