I've always had a passion for nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With five years of experience as a caregiver and a college degree, I am a patient, creative, and friendly individual. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment and follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a wide variety of activities that engage children and promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for more than one child at a time, and my expertise includes early childhood education/intervention and early child development coursework, as well as CPR training. I am available to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am fluent in both English and Spanish.
