About Catherine

Hi! I've spent the past decade working with children-as a coach, homeschool tutor, full-time nanny, and classroom educator. I've taught English in Madrid and now lead hands-on learning workshops at a private school in Austin. My care philosophy centers on curiosity, creativity, and confidence. I believe in learning through play, nurturing emotional growth, and encouraging a growth mindset. I'm also a certified yoga teacher and love incorporating mindfulness and movement into daily routines. I enjoy exploring the city with kids and planning fun, active outings to spark joy and curiosity. A graduate of Duke University, I bring strong communication skills and experience in college admissions consulting. In my free time, I love reading, traveling, and cooking. I'd be honored to support a family that values connection, creativity, and lifelong learning.
