I forgot to write a review, but Catherine certainly deserves one! On Feb. 18, 2020 I had to have some nasty procedures, totally sedated and with a little cutting. I needed a driver and someone to stay with me for reassurance and comfort before and after the procedures. I'm in my early 70's but quite functional -- except when I'm stressed, which I was, and then I'm a basket case, which I was. Catherine kept up EXCELLENT communication easing my mind several times before the day of the procedure. "The" day, she was prompt, helpful, personable yet not intrusive, calmly and kindly did what I needed either when asked, or by her own observation and determination. I was very pleased with her!
