I have had experience with special needs throughout my life. During my college years, I worked in a nursing home for seniors with mental disabilities. I have a nephew with special needs, and have had experience with friends who children have special needs. Currently, I work in a staffing department of a home health company. We have a large mental health division, and I am constantly on the phone with our mental health clients, problem solving, filling staffing needs, working with a team of professionals who provide services. I am very comfortable, and have a passion and understanding for children and adults in this arena.
